HIGH SCHOOL RYPT
HIGH SCHOOL STUDENT FITNESS PERFORMANCE PROGRAMS
Our I GOT RYPT program for High School students is designed to improve first step quickness, breakaway speed, change of direction, power and strength, and mobility and flexibility. Our program is perfect for high school students seeking to challenge themselves and achieve great success during and after the athletic season.
Our programs are 90-minutes in length. We offer programs in 2-, 3-, or 4-day/week sessions. Here’s more information regarding each:
I GOT RYPT-2
Our two-day program is our most popular program amongst active or off-season athletes. You can attend Mondays and Wednesdays or Tuesdays and Thursdays.
I GOT RYPT-3
For advanced athletes or those not participating in any other activity during the period besides RYPT, we recommend our three-day program. Sessions start Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays or Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays.
I GOT RYPT-4
Our four-day program is the ultimate sports performance program reserved for high school athletes and is reserved for summer periods only Monday to Thursday.
For in-season high school athletes looking to maintain and build upon their off-season RYPT training, the Stay RYPT program is our optimal training package focusing exclusively on building strength and power, not including speed, agility, or conditioning. Sessions are 60 minutes each and are offered 2-4 times a week, offering complete flexibility with an athlete’s busy high school schedule.
I GOT SPEED
This program includes speed, agility, multi-directional movement training, jumping and general/sport-specific conditioning for high school football athletes. The I GOT SPEED program is reserved for high school football players who strength train at school throughout the year and need to add an extra edge of movement and speed to their performance arsenal.

RYPT is a great facility, with a positive atmosphere and great staff. My son’s strength and athleticism took a major step up after training at RYPT. He would come out of workouts dripping with sweat and spent but he loved every minute of it because the staff and other kids in his group were there to work to improve. I would highly recommend RYPT to any athlete or parent of an athlete, looking to take the next step in their training.
My Daughter absolutely loved training with RYPT this last spring and summer! The trainers are awesome and really helped her build her strength and endurance! We look forward to continue working with them!
Our family has been participating in RYPT program for 4 years. For my daughter, RYPT has made HUGE positive impacts as she recently committed to playing D1 field hockey in the Big 10. The RYPT Team not only helped her develop as a physical athlete but supported her maturing as a leader with mental toughness and confidence. The RYPT team have been a critical part of her success on and off the field.
Both my teenage children attend RYPT. My daughter who plays softball trains with RYPT during the off season. The strength and agility training has translated into a stronger bat and better infield range and speed My son started the program this fall to improve strength, speed and confidence for the upcoming high school baseball season. The program has also been a great help with preventing sports related injuries due to overuse of muscles. The instructors are highly knowledgeable and professional. I know my kids are in capable hands and they love being part of the RYPT family.
